To provide parents with a cost effective alternative to purchasing textbooks and/or resources elsewhere, Monto State High School operates a SRS (Student Resource Scheme).
The scheme ensures that students have the resources required for them to engage with the curriculum for their education, and saves parents time and money in sourcing the prescribed materials elsewhere. Savings are gained through the school's bulk purchasing practices and hiring arrangements.
To participate in the scheme parents must complete, sign and return the SRS – Parent Participation Form (PAF). If no participation form is received by the due date, the School will take the view that the parent has chosen to opt out of the SRS. The parent is then required to provide the educational resources listed in the SRS for their child by the start of the school year. The SRS is invoiced at the start of the year and payment is due in full 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Parents who wish to pay in instalments must complete the Payment Arrangement Form 2025.pdf
More information on payments can be found on the Payments page.
The PAF is only required to be completed once, as participation is for the duration of your child's enrolment at the college. However, a parent can opt in or out of the scheme in subsequent years by completing another PAF.
